Promoting the Ethical and Responsible use of Missouri’s Economic Incentive Programs

Many of Missouri’s business attraction, expansion, and retention projects are made possible through the assistance of federal, state, and/or local incentive programs designed to boost economic growth, job creation, and investment in areas where it may not otherwise happen.

The Missouri Economic Development Financing Association (MEDFA) is made up of leaders from Missouri municipalities, townships, counties, economic development agencies, transportation authorities, financial institutions, law firms, and community development organizations passionate about improving the economic well-being of communities in Missouri.
